The Knowledge Resource Center (KRC) is the physical library of MMMHMC which houses the hardbound collection of research studies of its residents and consultants from the different clinical departments of the Hospital. The library also houses electronic format of resources other than research which are instrumental references for allied and administrative employees.

KRC's service hour is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is located at the 2nd floor of the Human Milk Bank Building, MMMHMC, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.
